Hemisi Sosihe provides project-based educational content covering beginner digital photography topics, including composition, lighting and basic editing. Content is delivered through weekly assignments, written materials and structured peer feedback circles. The platform is informational and educational in nature and does not provide personalized professional advice.

C. Eligibility and Accounts

Participants must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. Where account credentials are used, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

D. Educational Use of Content

Assignments, guides and reference materials are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may practice the techniques described for your own creative development, including in personal or freelance photography, but course materials themselves may not be republished, resold or redistributed without permission.

E. Peer Feedback Conduct

Participants in feedback circles agree to provide constructive, respectful commentary focused on the submitted work. Harassing, discriminatory or abusive feedback is not permitted and may result in removal from a feedback group or the program. Photographs submitted for feedback should be your own original work created during the program.

F. Intellectual Property

Course materials, written guides and platform design are the property of Hemisi Sosihe or its licensors. Photographs you create as part of weekly assignments remain your own work; submitting them for peer feedback does not transfer ownership to Hemisi Sosihe or to other participants.

G. No Certification or License

This program builds general creative and technical photography skills and does not issue a professional certification, industry license, or credential of any kind. Completion of any module or the full program should not be represented as a professional qualification.

H. Disclaimers

The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific creative or technical outcomes from participation in the program.

I. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemisi Sosihe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or program materials, including damages related to equipment, travel, or third-party feedback received through the platform.

J. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms, including misuse of feedback circles or unauthorized redistribution of course materials. Participants may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
